Our Support Staff
As our front office manager, LaTrisha strives to keep everything flowing smoothly and efficiently. There are hundreds of little tasks that have to be done correctly to make sure patients get the care they need, at the time they requested, and that the benefits covered by their insurance policies are paid as expected. She is one of those rare native Atlantans, born and raised here. LaTrisha and her husband Keith have two daughters, Shydae, 22 and Shamia, 13.
When given the opportunity to enter the healthcare field in 2000 she changed careers and joined our office. “I enjoy working here because I get to meet, chat with, and help a lot of interesting people.” According to LaTrisha, “Keeping 7 doctors on schedule is a real challenge. People in Atlanta today are busier than ever and most people want to get in to fix their problem as soon as possible. We’re blessed to be quite busy but that means that patients shouldn’t wait until the last minute to call to schedule an appointment. I’m usually scrambling to find a way to get someone into the office or to accommodate the person that is stuck in traffic.” Her older daughter Shydae is off at college, so when LaTrisha isn’t juggling the schedules work, she is involved with her younger daughter Shamia’s competitive cheer team.
Debbie Williamson – Insurance/Billing Coordinator
Debbie joined our team in September of 2012. She enjoys the fast pace, the high degree of detail and the team spirit of the staff. As the Insurance Coordinator for the practice, Debbie checks details of our patient’s coverage, follows up and resolves issues with insurance companies, and makes sure all the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted. Debbie’s combination of a caring attitude and attention to detail make her perfect for her role here. When she isn’t dealing with details, she is out and about in the office, lending a hand and assisting the doctors in their treatment of patients. Debbie grew up in Fort Mitchell, KY and is a graduate of Xavier University.
She and her husband Bill have 4 children: Grant, Logan, Colton & Dakota. Debbie’s desire to help others and to make a difference influenced her to pursue a career in healthcare. In her “spare time” she enjoys tennis, swimming and reading. According to Debbie, “The doctors and my fellow employees make my job truly enjoyable. There’s never a dull moment and there’s always the feeling of having made someone else’s day just a little bit better.”
