Missed Appointment: When we make your appointment, we are reserving a pre-determined block of time for your particular needs. A time is reserved, the records are prepared, insurance is verified, and—in some cases—specific supplies are readied for your visit.
We ask that if you must change an appointment, please give us at least 24 business hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved time to another patient who would like it.
Failure to notify us will result in a $75.00 charge for missing a scheduled appointment.
Late Arrival: When we reserve time for you, we require all of that time to provide you with the best quality work possible. When you are late, it decreases our ability to accomplish this. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled in order to meet the needs of those who are on time for their reserved visit. Those who show up on time should not be punished because of someone else’s tardiness.
