Sasha Stolz, DC

Dr. Sasha Stolz graduated from Truman State University with her BS degree in Exercise Science. While there, she lettered for four years as a varsity swimmer. At Life University, she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree graduating Magnum Cum Laude, became ART certified and served as VP for the Life University Cycling team. She has been a competitive swimmer for 25 years and has been coaching swimming for 10 years and has served as a triathlon coach for Team in Training GA chapter since 2010.

In the last 5 years, she has been training for and completing multiple triathlons at both 70.3 and Olympic distances. As if that weren’t enough – she just completed IRONMAN Florida! Her own personal training and coaching experience gives her a unique perspective for the competitive athlete that seeks to prevent injury, struggles to overcome injury, or rehab and return to competition safely after an injury.
